At Siam Odyssey, we are committed to providing our guests with a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a reservation.
No Refund Policy
All bookings and payments made through the Siam Odyssey website are non-refundable.
Once a reservation has been confirmed and payment has been completed, the payment cannot be refunded, including in cases where the guest is unable to attend the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling
Guests may request to reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the original appointment date.
Rescheduling requests received at least 24 hours in advance may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Please contact Siam Odyssey as soon as possible to request a change to your reservation.
Late Cancellation & No-Show
Bookings that are cancelled or requested to be rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment date, as well as no-show appointments, are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
The full payment will be considered forfeited.
Rescheduling Conditions
Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.
The new appointment date must be agreed upon with Siam Odyssey.
Any difference in price resulting from a change in service, package, or applicable rates may apply.
Promotional bookings may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Rescheduling does not entitle the guest to a cash refund.
Changes by Siam Odyssey
In the unlikely event that Siam Odyssey needs to cancel or significantly change a confirmed reservation due to operational circumstances, we will contact the guest and offer an alternative appointment date or another appropriate arrangement.
How to Request a Reschedule
To request a reschedule, please contact Siam Odyssey via WhatsApp at +62 822 6800 0077 and provide:
- Booking name
- Booking date and time
- Contact number
- Preferred new date and time
We recommend contacting us as early as possible to ensure the best chance of securing your preferred schedule.
Acceptance of Policy
By completing a booking and payment through the Siam Odyssey website, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
Siam Odyssey reserves the right to amend this policy when necessary. Any updated policy will be published on this website.
